Position: Real Estate Sales Agent - Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Position

Pay: estimated $75,000 to $500,000 (Commission Based Position)

Schedule: Monday – Friday; Weekend Availability

Who Are We Looking For?

Real estate agents who are licensed to operate in Texas.

Ambitious and driven individuals ready to devote a full-time effort to growing their real estate business.

Responsibilities

List and sell residential real estate.

Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust.

Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.

Participate in team activities per team standards.

Qualifications

Licensed real estate professional

Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth.
